Return conditions, refunds and exchanges

Refunds

  • For consumers, leslibraires.ca only refunds:
    • Digital products with errors that prevent reading
    • Physical products that are defective or in poor condition
  • Institutional customers cannot obtain refunds for physical items.


To request a refund:

  1. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  2. Return the product at your expense to the bookstore indicated on your order form
  3. If your request is denied (product in good condition), it will be returned to you at your expense


Returns and exchanges

You can exchange a defective product for a new copy of the same product free of charge. You must:

  • Return the defective product
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase


Important

These rules apply only to online purchases through leslibraires.ca. In-store purchases may have different policies - please consult the affiliated bookstores’ websites directly to learn about their terms.

Apart from these specific cases, leslibraires.ca does not accept any other returns, exchanges, or refunds.
