Free shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within Canada.
You may qualify for free shipping if the pre-tax value of your cart reaches one of the following thresholds:
- Books: $49 or more
- Games and Toys: $59 or more
Important
Orders shipped to certain remote areas within Canada are not eligible for free shipping, even when the applicable threshold is met.
Conditions and Exceptions
- Free shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within Canada only.
- Certain Canadian destinations are considered remote areas based on the shipping zone associated with the delivery address and are not eligible for free shipping.
- If an order contains both books and games or toys, the games and toys free-shipping threshold applies.
- If an order contains both physical and digital products, only the value of the physical products will be considered when determining eligibility for free shipping.
- If the cancellation of one or more items reduces the pre-tax total below the required threshold, shipping charges will be added to the order.
